The Washington Area Community Investment Fund’s (Wacif) mission is to increase equity and economic opportunity in underserved communities in the Washington, DC, area by investing knowledge, social, and financial capital in low- and moderate-income entrepreneurs. We offer a range of loans between $10,000 - $250,000. With decades of experience serving underinvested entrepreneurs, we understand the challenging aspects of the loan process and are here to help.
